I didn’t have time to complete my paperwork before I was called back. The nurse completed checking my vital signs & said someone one be to get me for pulmonary testing. The door barely closed before it opened again, & I was taken for testing. After testing was complete, Dr Byrd was right there to review the results & discuss my CT Scan. She is a very busy physician but is unhurried, allowing plenty of time for questions & pleasant conversation. The clearance that I needed for surgery was faxed before I left the office & Dr Byrd said she would also send a message directly to my surgeon with further details. The whole team was very efficient & never kept me waiting, but Dr Byrd is the most awesome of all!

Danial is one of the best she listens to you. She takes time with you and whatever ails you, she will get you well I wish they had more like her.

I only wish that I could schedule my next appointment before I leave the office.

My experience was good all around. The one negative aspect is that they apparently have an antiquated computer system. For the 2nd time, when the doctor told me she wanted to see me again at a future time (3 months ahead last time, 6 months this time), I was told that their computer can't schedule appointments that far in advance, so it was up to me to remember and call back a month or so before the next scheduled time to make the appointment.

Katie is super, always attentive, patient and never rushes us.

Dr Byrd showed interest in my medical problems and reviewed and changed some medication which should make me feel better and reduce some symptoms.

Katie explained some information to me about taking or not taking my prescription medication when also taking antibiotics. She was caring and compassionate.

She listens and explains what’s happening in a way that is understandable and applicable.

Always appreciate these folks. I had a severe lung infection. They xrayed and determined a strong anti and steriod were required. A Week later, Im feeling better, not waking up in the middle of night with terrible cough and have lots more energy.. I appreciate these people so much.

I had my first ever TelaMed call with Katie yesterday. She was so easy to talk to and listened to all my symptoms and concerns. She called in my medication and I am already feeling better today. She was very personable, pleasant, explained everything to me, ask the questions that I would expect a new to me MD would ask. It was obvious that she had reviewed my chart ahead of the visit. She knew I was a medical professional and interacted with me accordingly. I am very glad that she will be to Pulmonologist that will be taking over my care.

I’ve been to Dr. Prince several times and he was both professional and knowledgeable. He has a nurse and I believe her name is SaRama. She is patient, kind and professional. I had to have blood drawn and Informed her that I’m a very hard stick. She acknowledged that and asked which hand do they normally use, rubbed my arm and said: it’s going to be OK, we’re in this together. First stick and she nailed it!!! This hasn’t been my prior experiences when I’ve had to have blood drawn. She is both professional and knowledgeable. Hands done she is fantastic and a pleasure to be around.

Danielle and the entire staff have taken such great care of me through this very difficult time in dealing with my Pulmonary Fibrosis. Everyone has been so responsive and quick to remedy the many hurdles I have come against in these last few months.

Katie was super receptive to my mother’s needs. She was not scheduled for an appointment but she quickly worked her in when she realized the importance. She addressed her needs by familiarizing herself with her history with one of the group partners and then communicated next steps clearly.

Ms Mote was very professional and friendly. She asked relevant questions and listened to what I had to say. She explained the prescription she was giving me and assured me that if I had any problems to just call. I would definitely see her again.

Dr. Byrd seems quite knowledgeable & is very professional. I like her fine. I know it's a process but I'm struggling & she knows. She/we are trying some new meds for a 4 mo. old issue (she wasn't involved the whole time). A couple things seem maybe a bit better but others seem worse. Shortness of breath is TERRIBLE ! Can't do anything. Been on oxygen since Thursdeay 3/30 & oxygen levels are worse( 74, 75 in am, struggling to get to 88-90, even with all breathing treatments & new inhaler it's Sun 4/2). She has done a bronchoscopy & says no cancer, no fungus. Thinks inflammation but what's causing is issue !!

I was taken back within minutes of arriving for my appointment and testing and x-rays were done shortly after that. The staff I dealt with were all very nice and polite. Today's appointment was my annual follow-up and I saw Danielle Mote, NP. She is always very nice, checks my breathing, and reviews the breathing test and x-ray results with me. I'm very happy with Dr Matthew Reichert, M.D. and the rest of the folks at StatCare keeping check on my lungs, especially since pulmonary fibrosis seems to run in my immediate family.

NP Danielle Mote listened to my concerns and created a maintenance plan to help me keep improvements from the last visit. Statcare effectively used available testing to correctly diagnose me the first time and track my progress the second. Thank you Dr. Byrd and NP Mote, I appreciate your skills and bedside manner.
